Job Position: Maintenance Lead
Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
– Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, providing technical support and training
– Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
– Develop and implement maintenance schedules, checklists, and work instructions
– Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for maintenance shutdowns
– Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with procurement
– Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality, and regulatory requirements
– Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS/ERP systems
– Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and reduce costs
– Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized services
– Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
– Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role
– Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, instrumentation, and utilities
– Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
– Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance in the UAE
– Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– Work experience in managing office/residentials/retails also welcomed to apply
