Job Position: Sales Administrator

– Support the sales team with administrative tasks
– Manage order processing and maintain accurate records
– Ensure a smooth client experience
– Collaborate with internal teams to manage property listings
– Assist with customer inquiries
– Maintain communication between clients, sales personnel, and stakeholders
– Proven experience as a Sales Administrator (real estate experience – must)
– Strong knowledge of RERA procedures, Form A/B, Trakheesi, and RERA card applications
– Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
– Experience managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
– Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
