– About the Role:
– We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant / Cashier to manage both front-line customer transactions and back-end financial records.
– This hybrid position is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling cash, interacting with customers, and managing financial documentation with accuracy.
– Monitor financial discrepancies and report to management, and support month-end and year-end closing processes
– Accounting Duties:
– Record daily sales and expenses
– Reconcile bank statements and cash reports
– Assist with invoice preparation and payments
– Monitor financial discrepancies and report to management
– Support month-end and year-end closing processes
– Requirements:
– Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Proven experience in accounting and cashiering preferred
– Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
– SAP B1 experience added as an advantage
– Strong mathematical and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
