Job Title: Line Leader SMT / Shift In-Charge Production
Location: Noida
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience: 2-5 years in the field
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shift production & quality to maximize output.
- Troubleshoot chip mounter, screen printer, SPI, AOI machines.
- Manage scheduled manpower & production to enhance plant efficiency.
- Operate SMT machines efficiently.
- Implement Kaizen & 6S programs for process improvement.
- Maintain OEE, FPY, Rework & Scrap Ratio.
- Achieve daily & monthly production targets.
