Job Position: Office Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar role within the UAE
– Confident, personable, and professional with excellent communication skills
– Strong command of spoken and written English
– Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
– Strong follow-up skills, punctuality, and the ability to multitask effectively
– Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
– Managing email correspondence and phone communications
– Organizing meetings and maintaining schedules
– Coordinating deliveries and organizing permits
– Creating and issuing invoices
– Communicating with customers via email and phone
– Cash sales banking and cash handling
– Inventory coordination
– Distributing cash tips accurately and on time
– Salary: AED 4,000
– Visa sponsorship & medical insurance provided
– 5 days on / 2 days off
– 30 days annual leave + public holidays
– Accommodation & transport not provided
