Job Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

– Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing according to schedule and the design package
– Support the clients with the procurement of the FF&E
– Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to drawings, UAE standards, specifications & safety regulations
– Provide regular progress reports
– Identify site issues and propose smart, timely solutions
– Oversee installation of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and FF&E
– Maintain documentation, snag lists, and site records
– Conduct kick-off meetings, regular site meetings, and snagging
– Support the design team with shop drawing review and approvals, as well as material submittal review and approvals
– 3+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction
– Strong understanding of architectural drawings, shop drawings, and site execution
– Excellent leadership and coordination skills
– Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams
– A UAE driving license and your own car are required
