Job Position: Life Insurance Trainer
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Responsible for training of the Individual Life Agency Sales Team, Bancassurance, and Brokers.
– Imparting Training on Products, Investments, Processes, Compliance, Sales Skills & Behavior.
– To design and develop training programs that address training needs and gaps on an ongoing basis, by engaging with internal stakeholders.
– Automate repetitive training modules and develop certification programs for various levels of agents.
– Maintain training records (Feedback/Assessment/Attendance) and send them to the Head Office to comply with audit requirements.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in Life insurance training
– Proven experience in delivering training programs to multiple levels of audiences
– Good communication and presentation skills
– Holding a LOMA/LIMRA Certification is an advantage
– Education: University Graduate / MBA
