Job Position: Level 1 IT Support
Location: Qatar
Company Name: Dalla Driving Academy
– Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
– Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access requests
– Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets promptly
– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
– Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
– 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role (fresh graduates with internships are welcome)
– Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
– Must be based in Qatar (with a valid visa or transferable sponsorship preferred)
