– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a steel plant in a similar role
– Hands-on experience in molten metal handling and casting operations
– Knowledge of quality control procedures and metal temperature monitoring
– Familiar with industry safety and quality standards
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process protocols accurately
– Operate ladle and casting equipment safely and efficiently during metal handling operations
– Perform tapping, pouring, and temperature checks on molten metal
– Monitor and record process parameters, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of any deviations
