Job Position: Civil Structural Engineer

– Structural Site Engineer (Site Advisory Role)
– Based on-site to provide advisory and technical support to the construction team
– Assist with structural design interpretation, site queries, and technical issues during construction
– Ensure structural compliance, design intent, and proper coordination between site execution and structural design
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
– Minimum UAE site experience is mandatory (consultancy background preferred)
– Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and structural systems used in UAE projects
– Ability to read, interpret, and explain structural drawings and calculations
– Experience handling site-based structural design issues and RFIs
– Familiarity with local and international codes and practices
– Proactive, technically strong, and confident in site discussions
– Technically sound and solution-oriented
– Comfortable working on site while coordinating with design teams
