Job Position: Director of Operations

– Lead the execution, delivery, and operational transformation of a fast-growing construction and infrastructure company in the GCC
– Oversee operational delivery of high-profile infrastructure and real estate developments
– Be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation
– Lead process optimization, implement digital project management tools, and embed data-driven decision-making
– Executive-Level Compensation, including base salary, performance-linked incentives, and long-term growth opportunities
– Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams to support growth and regional expansion
– Minimum 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, including at least 5 years in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP, MBA, or equivalent preferred
– Proven track record in overseeing multi-million-dollar construction projects on time and on budget
– Expertise in resource planning, project scheduling, quality assurance, and HSE compliance
– Strong knowledge of contract management, risk mitigation, and vendor/subcontractor negotiations
– Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced project management tools (Primavera, MS Project)
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Lead overall project delivery strategy, operational planning, and execution across the company’s portfolio
– Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and supply chain
– Drive operational efficiency through standardization, digital transformation, and performance monitoring
– Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards
– Support bid evaluations, feasibility studies, and operational input for new tenders and PPPs
– Implement robust risk management, contract governance, and operational reporting frameworks
– Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO on operational priorities and organizational growth
– Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and site teams
