– Proven experience as a Head Cake Decorator, preferably in a large-scale bakery or manufacturing setup
– Strong portfolio showcasing fondant work, piping, sculpted cakes, sugar flowers, and modern decorating styles
– Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Bakery & Pastry, or a related field
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
– Experience with commercial bakery operations and high-volume cake production
– Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices
