Job Position: Junior Construction Foreman
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations
– Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
– Monitor work progress and ensure schedules and deadlines are met
– Read and interpret construction drawings and plans accurately
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members
– Resolve issues and delays on-site promptly and effectively
– Maintain accurate records and reports on project status
– Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used efficiently
– Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
– Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
– Excellent leadership and organizational skills
– Good communication and interpersonal abilities
– Commitment to safety and quality standards
