– 8+ years in asset maintenance management
– Proven experience in district cooling systems
– Proven experience in energy management
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Navisworks, SmartPlant, and MS Office
– Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
– Experienced with CAFM software for facility operations & maintenance
– Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Effective communication and team collaboration
– Solid knowledge of industry standards and regulations in asset maintenance
