Job Position: Female Reservations Agent
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservations Agent in a 4- or 5-star UAE hotel
– Proficiency in English and Arabic
– Experience with Cluster Room Reservations or managing 500+ room inventory
– Proficiency in Cloud PMS
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Available to join within 1 month
– Flexible to work night shifts and 24/7 operations
– Preferred: (FEMALE) Arabic-speaking candidates with a passion for guest service and strong communication skills
