Salary: Up to AED 4,500 (based on experience)
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
– 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure
– Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, firewalls, switches, and IT ticketing systems
Key Responsibilities
– Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
– Resolve hardware, software, email, and client application issues
– Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and printer services
– Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, and basic network connectivity issues
