Job Title: IT Support Executives
Location: UAE
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support roles
- Strong in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and ERP support
- Experience in retail or a similar industry is a plus
- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 is mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Willing to work flexible shifts
- UAE Driving License holders preferred
