Job Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

– Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and operating systems across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, and printers.
– Configure and maintain CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of NVR.
– Perform network configuration and diagnostics, including LAN/WAN support and resolving connectivity issues.
– Maintain asset inventory and documentation for IT equipment and CCTV systems.
– Support users with troubleshooting and resolving system or application issues (remotely and on-site).
– Windows and software installation, manage and configure user accounts, permissions, email clients, and backup solutions.
– Provide 24/7 on-site support, rotating shifts, or flexible availability as per operational needs.
– Ready-mix industry experience is an added advantage.
