Job Position: IT Expert

– Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 5,500 (Visa Provided)
– Nationality Preference: Preferably Indian (Keralite)
– Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a cleaning or technical services company
– Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility.
– Manage Google Ads campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
– Analyze and report digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
– Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
– Create engaging, relevant content to support online marketing initiatives and improve brand reach.
– Provide first-level technical support for internal software and systems.
– Coordinate with Du and external IT vendors to resolve service issues.
– Maintain and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure, including PCs, printers, routers, and internet connections.
– Install, configure, and update hardware and software per company needs.
– Implement basic cybersecurity protocols and ensure regular data backups.
– Maintain IT-related records and asset inventory.
– Assist other departments with technology-related concerns.
– Update the company website and manage email configurations.
– Stay informed on the latest trends in IT and digital marketing to recommend improvements.
– Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT and digital marketing roles.
– Proficient in Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, website development, and content creation.
– Solid understanding of various social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
– Technical proficiency in IT hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and software deployment.
– Strong communication and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
– Indian (Keralite) nationality preferred
– Currently residing in Dubai
– Technically competent, reliable, and self-driven
– Competitive salary (AED 4,500 – AED 5,500), commensurate with experience, especially in cleaning or technical services sectors
