Job Position: IT Engineer
Location: Ras al Khaimah, UAE
Company Name: Quantum Aluminum & Glass Industries
– Manage, support, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure
– Install, configure, maintain, and support servers (Windows/Linux), workstations, and IT hardware
– Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access controls
– Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
– Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers
– Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and security issues
– Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to users (hardware, software, email, printers)
– Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/macOS), Outlook, Office 365, and business applications
– Support remote users and mobile devices
