  1. Senior Quantity Surveyor
  2. Junior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • 5–7 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction with a UAE contracting company (Mandatory)
  • Experience in post-contract QS role (Mandatory)
  • Preparation of Payment Applications, Subcontractor Payment Certificates, Variations, and Quantity Take-off (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Planswift (Mandatory)
  • Experience in large-scale villa development projects (Preferred)
  • Experience in ERP systems (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates with strong budget and financial control knowledge
  • Manage and administer construction contracts, including the preparation of contractual correspondence and documentation
  • Apply value engineering to optimise project costs without compromising quality
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies, monitor project expenditures
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Utilise modern software tools for accurate and efficient cost estimation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver detailed financial/progress reports
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures in quantity surveying
  • Perform life-cycle cost analyses to support informed decision-making
  • Review, evaluate, and finalise claims and variations as per contractual requirements

Junior Quantity Surveyor – Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction with a UAE contracting company (Mandatory)
  • Experience in post-contract QS role (Mandatory)
  • Preparation of Payment Applications, Subcontractor Payment Certificates, Variations, and Quantity Take-off (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Planswift (Mandatory)
  • Experience in large-scale villa development projects (Preferred)
  • Experience in ERP systems (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure and quantify materials, labour, and related resources to determine full activity costs
  • Prepare precise estimates for variations and claims
  • Review, certify, and administer subcontractor payments efficiently
  • Prepare and submit project payment applications in a timely and accurate manner
  • Utilise modern cost estimation and project control software for accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, producing clear cost and progress reports
