Job Position: Industrial Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar

– Analyze production and operational processes to identify areas for improvement
– Design and implement efficient systems, workflows, and procedures
– Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and process optimization
– Improve productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards
– Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
– Prepare reports, documentation, and process improvement proposals
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain, management)
– Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
– Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
– Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
– Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer (experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP systems knowledge is a plus
– Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
– Fluent in English; Arabic
