– Shape the people strategy that powers our success. You’ll lead all HR functions — from recruitment and development to compliance and performance management.
– Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
– Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
– Oversee employee relations and labor law compliance.
– Lead performance management and training programs.
– Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits.
– Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
– 8-10 years of HR management experience (industrial/services sectors preferred).
– Deep knowledge of Jordanian labor law.
– Master’s or CIPD/SHRM certification a plus.
– Bilingual (Arabic/English).
