Job Position: Fit-Out Manager
Location: UAE

– Manage fit-out projects from planning to handover
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal FM teams
– Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and authority requirements
– Control budgets, timelines, and resources
– Oversee snagging, testing, and final handover
– Bachelor’s in civil engineering & Knowledge in MEP works
– 10+ years’ experience in fit-out projects within FM or construction
– Strong knowledge of interiors, MEP coordination, and authority approvals
– Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
