– Experience in lake treatment/beach cleaning operations
– Knowledge of water chemistry, algae removal, and organic load reduction
– Hands-on with lake/beach cleaning machines, raking boats, aerators
– Experience in sludge removal, floating algae skimming, odor control, weed management
– Ability to lead teams & coordinate with municipal/authority guidelines
– Experience: 3-5 years (depending on role)
