Job Position: Plant Supervisor

– Bachelor’s degree is a must, Engineering background.
– 5 – 7 years relevant experience is a must, with preferably a minimum of 2 years of Supervisory Experience.
– Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and ownership, and accountability.
– Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
– Computers: MS Office, Oracle, Maximo System, ORACLE.
– A driving license is preferred.
– Good knowledge of various machinery equipment would be an added advantage.
– With an EW/Waste/Recycling background.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
– Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
– Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
– Strong understanding of production management and quality control principles.
– Strong knowledge of plant operations, including equipment and processes.
– Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
– Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
– Fundamental understanding of safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
