– Senior Technical & Estimation Engineer – Civil (Tendering, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Quantity Surveying)
– We’re looking for a civil engineer with strong expertise in tendering, shop drawings, and quantity surveying during construction. You’ll support the full project life cycle and prepare tender documents.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Tender & Scope Analysis
– Payment certificates
– Review BOQs, drawings, specs
– Project cost management
– Quantity Surveying during Construction
– Quantity Take-Off & Civil Cost Estimation
– Monitor ongoing project costs vs. budget, issue interim valuations
– Manage contract variations, change orders, and cost adjustments
– Compile monthly cost control and progress reports
– Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil tendering, shop drawings, technical submittals, and quantity surveying during execution
– Proficiency in BOQ take-offs, civil cost estimation, and ongoing budget monitoring
– Strong AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project skills
– Excellent communicator with strong coordination and technical documentation capabilities
– Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven
