Job Position: HVACR Technician
Location: Mussanah, Oman

– Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
– Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
– Repair, maintain, and provide technical attention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chillers and etc.
– Maintain and preventivelyservice all air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the hotel.
– Check on the performance of refrigeration systems and components.
– Check on the performance of the air conditioning and chilled water system.
– Cooperate with all engineering colleagues in detection of failures of the air conditioning, refrigeration system, and function system.
– Cooperate and inform the Engineering Storekeeper of the purchase of parts.
– Immediate action on the problem in terms of repairs and breakdowns
– Ensure that property and equipment are maintained in safe and efficient operating condition
– Report significant system issues to supervisors and recommend improvements.
– Keep tools and equipment organized and in good condition.
– Strong understanding of electrical controls, compressors, motors, and ductwork.
– Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
– Good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
– Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
– Carry out the tasks assigned by the Department Head/Supervisor
