Job Position: HVAC Operator (Chiller Operation – Level 1)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Operate, monitor, and maintain chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, CRAC/CRAH units, and related HVAC systems within a data center environment.
– Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate daily operation and temperature logs.
– Ensure environmental stability (temperature & humidity control) in data halls.
– Monitor and respond to BMS / DCIM alarms promptly.
– Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
– Maintain equipment performance, uptime reliability, and energy efficiency.
– Report any faults or system deviations to the supervisor immediately.
– Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or HVAC discipline.
– Minimum 8 years’ experience in HVAC or Chiller Operations, with at least 4 years in a Data Center environment.
– Good knowledge of precision cooling systems, chilled water networks, and BMS monitoring.
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
