Job Title: HVAC BIM Modeler

Location: Qatar

Key Requirements:

✅ 3-5 years of experience in HVAC BIM modeling

✅ Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Navisworks

✅ Experience in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines

✅ Ability to create detailed BIM models for HVAC systems (ductwork, piping, equipment)

✅ Skilled in annotating and dimensioning drawings as per standards

✅ Must reside in Qatar with a valid QID
