Job Position: Human Resources Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Salary – 16,000-20,500 AED per month + standard benefits and annual bonus
– Contract Duration – 12 months (scope to extend)
– CIPD qualified and minimum two years working experience in an HR operations role
– Demonstrate skills in HR functional areas (HR Operations, Recruitment, Performance, Engagement) with a service mindset, operationally, and tactically
– Knowledge of UK employment law and its application in the workplace
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Previous knowledge of HRIS, preferably HiBob
– Analytical data handling, reporting, Excel, and HR platform skills
– HR administration and record keeping with information security protocols
– Payroll administration and recruitment experience
– Manage people-related administrative tasks (payroll, benefits, work permits, HR system, reporting)
– Administer people-related initiatives (engagement surveys, salary reviews, performance reviews, recognition schemes, HR policy review)
– Respond to employee and manager queries; first contact for HRIS (HiBob) queries
– Set up and update employees on HiBob, run reports
– Manage new starter and leaver processes, escalate when needed
– Support staff during probation and advise managers
– Coordinate job interviews and feedback
– Support HR Lead with monthly/quarterly data analytics
– Act as an employer brand ambassador
– Ensure company compliance with legislative requirements globally
– Assist HR Lead with projects, case management, and ad hoc tasks
– Act as the first operational point of contact for team members and managers
– Responsible for data integrity of people data and partner with finance on people admin
– Support hiring, offboarding, and HR function development
