We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate HR Recruiter for our team to fulfill our hiring needs by recruiting within UAE as well as outside UAE depending upon the client’s requirement.

Location- Dubai, UAE
Salary- Negotiable, depending on experience & Qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews online or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Identify recruitment sources, networking leads, social media, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
• Recruiting directly from the Philippines and other countries upon client requirements.
• Coordinate client & candidate relationships, and deliver solutions in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• 1-3yrs experience in recruitment (UAE Experience not mandatory)
• Immediate joiners prefer
