Job Position: HR Generalist – Real Estate
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Lead end-to-end recruitment – posting ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
– Manage onboarding – contracts, NDAs, and smooth integration of new hires
– Handle employee relations – attendance, leave, and discipline tracking
– Support HR administration – maintaining employee files, issuing warning/exit letters
– Coordinate with PRO for visa, insurance, and UAE labor law compliance
– Assist management in performance reviews and retention strategies
– 2–4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment (real estate, sales, or call center preferred)
– Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
– Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Organized, proactive, and results-oriented personality
