Job Requirements:

Proficiency in using human resource management systems (HRIS).
Proficiency in research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
The capability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, including the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
