– Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Executive in the construction industry
– Male candidates preferred
– Open to all nationalities
– This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
– The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR tasks, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management
– Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
– Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
– Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
– Skills in Personnel Management
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Experience in the construction industry is a plus
