Job Title: HR Admin 

Location: Umm Al Quwain

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist with recruitment, including job postings and interview scheduling

 Manage employee records and ensure documentation accuracy

 Handle onboarding processes, including contracts and orientation

 Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave tracking

 Maintain HR databases and ensure legal compliance

 Oversee performance appraisals, training, and development activities

 Provide administrative support in employee relations and conflict resolution

 Prepare HR reports and handle general HR queries

 Ensure effective communication between HR and other departments

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years in HR administration

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of HR policies & UAE labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
