– Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
– Provide exceptional customer service to guests
– Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
– Qualifications: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a related field
– Strong organizational and leadership skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of hotel management and housekeeping procedures
