Job Position: Hotel Manager

– Overall responsible for the day-to-day operations related to the hotel and its staff
– Commercial accountability for budgeting, financial management, planning, organizing, and directing all hotel services
– Ensure implementation of Al Khoory Hotel’s brand service strategy and initiatives
– Lead, guide, and direct the hotel management team to maintain the highest quality standards
– Oversee operational functions as per the organizational chart
– Conduct regular briefings and meetings with heads of departments
– Develop and manage commercial and operational strategies to achieve financial and business targets
– Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and service standards
– Maximize revenue, profitability, and market share
– Maintain strong relationships with owners, group management, customers, and suppliers
– Responsible for budgeting, marketing, sales plans, and capital budgets
– Manage recruitment, employee turnover, and staff development
– Analyze sales data and implement revenue management strategies
– Ensure personalized and exceptional guest experiences
– Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and statutory regulations
