Requirements

– Minimum 4–5 years of warehouse operations experience
– Experience in furniture or homeware warehouse operations preferred
– Engineering graduate
– MBA in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations preferred
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Advanced MS Excel

– SAS

Key Responsibilities

– Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, store replenishment, returns, and replacements
– Manage SLAs and coordinate with retail and delivery teams to meet performance targets
– Ensure strong internal customer and store experience
– Plan and optimize manpower deployment
– Support warehouse technology adoption and supply chain process improvements
– Implement supply chain strategies aligned with territory logistics goals
– Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and external vendors on supply chain projects and KPIs
– Conduct audits to ensure compliance with process and HSE standards
