Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

– 8+ years of Middle East Experience in Roads & Infrastructure Projects.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
– Sound knowledge of standard methods of measurement and strong working awareness of FIDIC forms of contract.
– Coordinate, guide, and support Junior Quantity Surveyors in undertaking detailed quantity take-offs from approved drawings, preparation of measurement sheets, and daily/weekly quantity updates in line with WIRs.
– Prepare Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and coordinate with consultants to obtain timely certification.
– Prepare and present commercial reports, including Subcontractor Liabilities, Bi-Weekly Reports, Month-End Reports, and AFV vs CTC analysis.
– Initiate and ensure timely issuance of contractual notices related to Variations, New Rates, and Claims in accordance with contract requirements.
– Responsible for Subcontract & commercial management.
– Attend Project weekly/monthly progress meetings – internal and external, as may be directed.
– Any other duties and responsibilities as advised by the MQS/Commercial manager.
