Al Bonian FM is currently seeking a Helpdesk Operator to join our team. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in UAE FM companies. If you meet the following requirements, we encourage you to apply
- Good knowledge and experience in the facilities management industry are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within a reputable facilities management company in the UAE.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with CAFM system (FSI) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in performing administrative duties.
- Sufficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
