Job Title: Head Chef / Sous Chef

Location: Qatar

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Asian cuisine, preferably in Qatar or the GCC
  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management (preferred)
  • Experience in menu engineering, costing, and budgeting
  • Food Safety / HACCP certification is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Qatari food regulations (MoPH and Municipality)
  • Must have a valid QID and NOC
