Job Title: Head Chef / Sous Chef
Location: Qatar
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Asian cuisine, preferably in Qatar or the GCC
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management (preferred)
- Experience in menu engineering, costing, and budgeting
- Food Safety / HACCP certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Qatari food regulations (MoPH and Municipality)
- Must have a valid QID and NOC
