Requirements:
– Minimum 10th Grade Pass (Must be able to read and write in English)
– Strong, healthy, and can lift 20kg or more.
– Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems.
– Independent and team-oriented work capability.
Job Description:
– Ensure proper handling of materials while loading and offloading to avoid damage.
– Ensuring all assigned deliveries are made timely as per the date and time slot.
– Any discrepancy found during delivery needs to be reported timely manner to resolve.
– Ensure good behavior with customers for better customer satisfaction.
– Ensuring all tasks assigned with respect to warehouse activities are completed timely.
– Ensuring efficient utilization of resources such as HHT and MHEs
– Ensuring the picking of stocks is timely and fully as per the pick list.
– Ensuring materials are moved to the respective designated staging area post picking and packing.
– Ensuring no wastage of consumables and packaging materials.
– Ensuring proper grooming and hygiene of self and workplace
– Handling of stocks properly for zero handling damage.
