– This role is central to our kitchen success — from people to processes, and from product to performance.
– 15+ years of professional kitchen experience
– Minimum 7 years in a senior or group executive chef role
– Proven success in multi-brand, multi-location operations
– Experience managing culinary operations for AED 50M+ turnover (and ready to scale to AED 100M+)
– Strong grasp of kitchen systems, SOPs, food cost control, and operational efficiency
– A creative yet structured approach to menu development and innovation
– Expertise in training models, leadership development, and team culture
– Exposure to varied cuisine styles and high-volume service formats
– A hands-on, solutions-driven leader with strong communication skills
– Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
