Job Position: Recruitment Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Minimum 10 years of UAE-based recruitment experience in Facilities Management, Contracting, and Oil & Gas sectors
– Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, operational, and administrative roles
– Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with experience in FM, contracting, and Oil & Gas industries
– Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower requirements and project-based hiring plans
– Proven track record in both overseas and staff hiring
– Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities
– Ensure all hiring activities comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies
– Strong knowledge of technical job roles across MEP, civil, Fire, HVAC, and oilfield operations
– Proven experience in onboarding, mobilization, and employee induction
– Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and regulatory compliance
– Excellent communication in English and Hindi, time management, and coordination skills
– Ability to work independently and handle high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines
