Job Positions:
1 – Technical Engineer – Electrical (5+ years experience)
2 – Senior Technical Engineer – Mechanical (5+ years experience)
Key Responsibilities:
– Design review and authority compliance for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
– Cooling load calculations, BIM clash coordination (Revit MEP / Navisworks)
– DEWA, DCD, DM approvals
– Design review and authority compliance for LV/MV and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm)
– Load schedules, cable sizing, and DEWA / SIRA / DCD approvals
