Job Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Company Name: GBH International Contracting
– Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
– Manage project costs, variations, and budgets
– Review drawings and specifications for accurate take-offs
– Handle commercial and contractual matters
– Support the project team from tender to final account
– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
– 7–10 years’ experience in civil contracting (UAE/GCC preferred)
– Strong cost control and contract administration skills
– Proficiency in MS Office & QS software (AutoCAD, CostX, etc.)
