Job Position: Senior L&D Specialist

Responsibilities include:
– Acting as the primary point of contact for training vendors, from initial sourcing and negotiation to relationship management.
– Managing the entire training calendar, including sending training announcements, managing registrations, and handling participant communications.
– Participating in organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with HR and department heads.
– Designing and developing engaging and effective internal training programs (e.g., onboarding, soft skills, real estate-specific topics).
Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Learning & Development role, with hands-on responsibility for coordination, delivery, and program design.
– Proven background working within a real estate company or a related fast-paced, project-driven industry.
– Professional certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP, Train the Trainer) is a strong plus.
