– G Developments is seeking a Projects Development Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and adhering to quality standards.
– Assist in explaining project scope and associated costs as required.
– Monitor work progress and ensure quality of deliveries.
– Prepare and consolidate progress reports and presentations for the department lead.
– Assist in managing relationships with relevant parties.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
– A minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
– Proven experience in hospitality projects is mandatory.
