Job Position: Mechanical Engineer

– Responsibilities:
– Supervising the execution of all mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems) to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
– Reviewing and approving mechanical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals in coordination with consultants and contractors.
– Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
– Collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and electrical teams to ensure full integration of mechanical systems.
– Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
– 5–8 years of relevant experience in mechanical systems within real estate, construction, or facility management projects.
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
– Familiarity with local and international mechanical codes and standards.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work on-site in the North Coast area.
